Who is Tim Peake?
Tim Peake is a British astronaut who became famous for being the first British astronaut to live and work on the International Space Station (ISS). He flew to space in December 2015 as part of a mission called Principia, where he spent six months conducting experiments, learning about space science, and helping others understand space exploration.
Tim Peake is also known for his exciting and inspiring role as a public figure who encourages young people to dream big and explore science, technology, and space. He has shared many fun videos and activities, explaining space in a way that children can enjoy and understand. After returning from space, he became an advocate for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education, encouraging kids to get involved in these subjects to help shape the future.
In short, Tim Peake is a real-life space hero, a role model, and someone who shows children that with hard work and curiosity, they can achieve amazing things!

If the children complete their homework tasks, they will be awarded Dojo points. We will also be sending out homework menus in the near future where the children can complete hands on or free choice activities around the topics they learn in school and the children can earn even more Dojo points.
