Welcome to Attenborough (Foundation)
Welcome to the Penguins.
Our class teacher is Mrs Parker.
Nursery is a wonderful place to be everyday. It is the best opportunity for children to form relationships and learn together through exciting experiences both indoors and outdoors. We celebrate every child for their uniqueness and encourage this as well as ensuring that all children feel safe, secure and happy, enabling them to flourish.
Our foundation unit provides a stimulating environment that inspires children to learn. We have a fabulous time exploring all the areas. The children are able to move freely between the areas, providing opportunities for them to follow their own interests supported and developed by our staff. We have group time and snack time daily and this is an opportunity for all of the children to come together. Children are proud of their achievements and love to share them with others.
Phonics is introduced in Nursery through Phase 1, where children are learning about the sounds all around us.
We ensure that all the needs of every child is met, enabling them to reach their full potential.
We are a happy welcoming class who love making new friends everyday.
